Terms & Conditions for Using Azpag Services

Azpag is an online marketplace for buying and selling in Afghanistan, owned by Khadamat Online Ganjnawa Company. The company is officially registered with the Ministry of Industry and Commerce and the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology of Afghanistan. All intellectual and material rigts to this platform are reserved by the company.

Only individuals aged 18 and above are allowed to use Azpag. Users under 18 must use the platform under the supervision of a legal guardian.

All users must verify their identity with valid identification documents such as the Tazkira (national ID) or passport.

If the user is using a trade or brand name, it must match the officially registered name with relevant authorities.

Users must only post legal, real, and socially appropriate products or services.

Posts containing offensive, misleading, illegal, or unethical content are strictly prohibited.

Posts with political, religious, defamatory, inciting, or protest-related content, or those that disturb public order or infringe on others' rights, are not allowed.

Posts must align with the existing categories on the platform.

Product descriptions must be accurate and truthful.

Clear and real images of the products must be uploaded.

Duplicate listings and miscategorized posts are prohibited.

All details in the listings (such as price, condition, location, contact number, etc.) must be correct and up-to-date.

Listings for prohibited items (such as weapons, drugs, alcohol, forged documents, etc.) are strictly forbidden.

Azpag is intended solely for commercial purposes; any political, ideological, or unrelated use is not permitted.

Posting immoral, offensive, sensitive, or harmful content that may damage or violate the rights of third parties is prohibited

Any misuse of Azpag for fraud or digital exploitation is illegal and subject to legal action.

Users are fully responsible for the accuracy and validity of their listings. Azpag assumes no liability regarding the authenticity of transactions or the quality of the goods or services.

Users must ensure that transactions are conducted in a secure and informed environment.

Azpag acts solely as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and does not play a direct role in any transaction.

There is no internal chat within Azpag. Communication is permitted via WhatsApp or phone, within the bounds of the law.

Payments, agreements, delivery terms, and other transaction details must be conducted directly between the parties in accordance with Afghan law.

Users must not use others' contact information for spamming, harassment, or any unauthorized purposes.

Repetitive or duplicated listings may result in account suspension.

Users' personal information is used only for technical and communication purposes within the platform and will not be shared with third parties without consent (unless required by law).

Users are responsible for keeping their passwords confidential and securing their accounts.

Azpag reserves the right to remove any listing that violates the above terms without prior notice.

Repeated violations may lead to temporary or permanent suspension of the user account.

Azpag does not accept responsibility for the accuracy, truthfulness, or validity of the information provided by users, whether individuals or businesses.

The full responsibility for the content of listings lies with the poster, and Azpag assumes no obligation in this regard.

Azpag is not liable for any material or immaterial damages, including bodily, financial, or legal losses resulting from the use of listings or user negligence.

Azpag reserves the right to update these terms at any time in accordance with Afghan law and internal regulations. Any changes will be announced via the website and mobile app.

Users are responsible for reviewing updates, and continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
